I’m a Virginia licensed Realtor® and experienced real estate transaction coordinator who understands firsthand how much work happens behind the scenes of every transaction.

I've worked with buyers, sellers, listings, contracts, lenders, closing attorneys, title companies, inspections, compliance requirements—and all the unexpected things that seem to happen between ratification and closing.

 

I created The Transaction Concierge Co. because agents shouldn't have to choose between providing exceptional client service and having enough time to grow their business.

My role is to be the dependable person behind the scenes—the one who knows the file, watches the details, follows up, communicates, and helps keep everything moving.
